Terms and Fees for Hosting Video Webcasts

Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks are only accepted and payable to Product & Business Development, Inc. No electronic payment methods are available unless provided to you.

The person(s) and/or business entity(s) clients of Product & Business Development, Inc. seeking to have there video webcast hosted by Product & Business Development, Inc. on www.pbdstartups.com has read and agrees to the Site Disclaimer and understands that by there video webcast being hosted is for the following; for seeking an investment partner to be actively involved in the business, or for seeking a working partner to be actively involved in the business, or for seeking manufacturing and/or marketing assistance or for seeking to license or exclusively license a product or just to advertise your product.

The fee for hosting one (1) video webcast profile for ninety (90) days is $200.00 USD. Video webcast segments are available up to thirty (30) seconds in running time. A one time setup fee of $20.00 USD per segment to upload your video webcast and text information if in email form. If need be a one time setup fee of $40.00 USD per segment to digitize, compress and upload your video webcast and text information.

Upon your video webcast being accepted by Product & Business Development, Inc. and said video webcast hosting fees paid in full it will be posted within three (3) working days. Product & Business Development, Inc. can not and will not make any grantees to any prosperity or successes in any hosted video webcasts.

NOTE: If you are seeking to raise capital from an Investor(s) as a non-actively involved participant in the business, it is recommended to consult with a Securities Attorney, Broker Dealer, Stock Broker or any other source that is qualified in compliance with Federal and State Securities Laws.

NOTE: Product & Business Development, Inc. is not a Venture Capital Firm and is not licensed to sell Securities and is not registered with the NASAA and is not a Broker Dealer.
